Please note that the delivery timeframes mentioned are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays or inclement weather.

2.            Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within New Delhi only. However, please note that there may be certain areas within New Delhi that are not serviceable by our shipping partners. In such cases, we will notify you and cancel the order if necessary.

3.            Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we strive to process and ship it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4.            Tracking Your Order: We provide order tracking services to keep you informed about the status of your shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
